Braces And Orthodontic Care
Braces and orthodontic care is about more than just cosmetics and a straight smile. Improper alignment can cause jaw pain and chewing dysfunction. Overcrowded teeth can be more susceptible to decay and the surrounding gums are more likely to develop periodontal disease.
How Orthodontic Treatment Works
Gone are the days of bulky braces. Choose from thin, clear brackets or skip them altogether and straighten your smile with invisible aligners. Both options provide a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, slowly moving teeth to the proper position.
Because, everyone ought to have a mouth that works for them, not against them.

Dr. Zachary Dixon
Dr. Zachary Dixon is a Morrilton High School graduate, Class of 2003. He attended Arkansas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007, and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2011. Dr. Dixon is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Central District Dental Society.
“I love every aspect of dentistry and the rewarding opportunity to help others. I feel truly blessed to serve the community I’ve called home my entire life. Our amazing staff makes everyday fun, meaningful, and fulfilling.” – Dr. Dixon
Outside the office, Dr. Dixon enjoys spending time with his wife, Natalie, a first-grade teacher at Morrilton Primary School, and their three children — Zachary, Brody, and Blakely. He’s an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, canoeing, and making memories with his family in the Great Arkansas outdoors.
Dr. Spencer Mobbs
Dr. Mobbs grew up just down the road in Conway, Arkansas, where he graduated from Conway High School in 2007. He went on to attend the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, earning his bachelor’s degree in biology in 2011. In 2012, he moved to Memphis, Tennessee, to attend the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2016.
Dr. Mobbs has been practicing dentistry for more than seven years and remains dedicated to staying current on the latest advances and technologies. Understanding that many people feel anxious about visiting the dentist, he and his team strive to make every appointment as comfortable and stress-free as possible. He enjoys the wide variety of procedures dentistry offers, whether performing root canals, placing implants, or completing simple fillings, each day brings a new and rewarding challenge. His favorite part of dentistry is helping patients get out of pain and improving their smiles.
“It’s incredibly rewarding to transform a smile and give someone the confidence to show it again. For many patients, it’s truly life changing. I always knew I wanted to be in the health field, and dentistry became the perfect fit. I grew up around a dental office—my mother was a dental hygienist, so I never had that fear of the dentist. Now, I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve and give back to the community where I grew up.”
Outside the office, Dr. Mobbs enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, and their two children, Hayes and Miller. As a family, they love traveling, spending time outdoors, hunting, relaxing at the lake or by the pool, and cheering on the Razorbacks.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Arkansas State Dental Association.
